Oregon Licensed Mental Health Professionals may apply to join at any time. IMHPA’s membership structure includes Psychologists, Marriage and Family Therapists, Professional Counselors, Social Workers, Psychiatrists, and Mental Health Nurse Practitioners and those at post-graduate level of training, practicing under approved supervision.
All Oregon Mental Health Professionals are welcome to apply.
Licensed professionals pay $65/month and enjoy numerous benefits of membership.

First Year Licensed Membership
Oregon Licensed Mental Health Professionals who join within 60 days of receiving their license pay just $20 a month during their first 12 months of membership and enjoy all benefits of membership. (IMHPA recognizes that starting out in practice has many expenses. IMHPA can help you avoid many of those.)

Licensed IMHPA members are eligible for contracts for greater reimbursements and audit protection. Contract participation is optional, some of our members do not accept insurance, they value our objectives and the many member benefits.

After Your Application is sent you can Click: SignUp to finish your enrollment process at www.OregonTherapyOptions.com online; begin completing your marketing information web page.

You will be advised when your application has been approved. Then you can complete your enrollment by your first monthly dues payment. When your enrollment process is complete you will be offered confidential opt-in access to contracts currently in place for IMHPA members.

After you are fully enrolled you can gain access to the LightQ Electronic Health Record (EHR) included with your membership, whether or not you participate in contracts. It is protected by an second layer of security; the highest level of password protection possible.

For access to the EHR you will need to request a 2nd username and a temporary password by contacting Admin@PrivatePracticeCloud.com.

Business Associate Agreements

Private Practice Cloud, LLC by virtue of the services provided gathers, stores, analyzes and reports protected health information from patients using their website services. Links to online screening services are available to the general public. Providers use Private Practice Cloud software to support routine healthcare operations. Those services are provided by Private Practice Cloud, LLC on behalf of providers (covered entities) and to support IMHPA business operations for which Private Practice Cloud, LLC has explicite and necessary business agreement with IMHPA . IMHPA does not gather any protected health information but does offer a BAA as a added assurance should such information be inadvertently revealed to IMHPA representatives.

IMHPA does not request or gather protected health information (PHI) from potential clients or patients visiting IMHPA websites or sites of members presented withing the secure server structure of Oregon Therapy Options. Links to online screening services are available to the general public. Those services are provided by Private Practice Cloud, LLC on behalf of providers (covered entities) who subscribe to services provided by IMHPA (a 501 C 6 mutual benefit corporation, and Private Practice Cloud, LLC who have business agreements for such services. IMHPA does not gather any protected health information but does offer a BAA as a added assurance should such information be inadvertently revealed to IMHPA representatives.
