Business Associate Agreements
Private Practice Cloud, LLC by virtue of the services provided gathers, stores, analyzes and reports protected health information from patients using IMHPA website services. Links to online screening services are available to the general public. Providers may use Private Practice Cloud software to support routine healthcare operations. Those services are provided by Private Practice Cloud, LLC on behalf of providers (covered entities) and to support IMHPA business operations for which Private Practice Cloud, LLC has an explicit and necessary business agreement with IMHPA. IMHPA does not gather any protected health information but does offer a BAA as an added assurance should such information be inadvertently revealed to IMHPA representatives.
IMHPA does not request or gather protected health information (PHI) from potential clients or patients visiting IMHPA websites or the sites and pages of members presented within the secure server structure of OregonTherapyOptions. (OTO) Links to online screening services are available to the general public. Those services are provided by Private Practice Cloud, LLC on behalf of providers (covered entities) who subscribe to services provided by IMHPA (a 501 C 6 mutual benefit corporation, and Private Practice Cloud, LLC who have business agreements for such services. IMHPA does not gather any protected health information but does offer a BAA as a added assurance should such information be inadvertently revealed to IMHPA representatives.
